Local Delivery

We hand deliver to the following areas: Asheville, Hendersonville, Flat Rock, Biltmore Forest, Biltmore Village, Arden, Skyland, Fairview, Black Mountain, Montreat, Candler, Enka, Leicester, Canton, Weaverville, Fletcher, Mountain Home, Mills River, Etowah, Edneyville, Brevard, The Grove Park Inn, The Biltmore Estate, and The Inn at Biltmore.

Local delivery charges range from $10.00 - $20.00 depending upon location.

Delivery to all area hospitals, colleges, and universities: Memorial Mission, St. Joseph's, VA Hospital, Pardee, Park Ridge; UNC-Asheville, Brevard College, Montreat College, Warren Wilson College.

If the destination city for your gift is not included in the above list, then the gift is shipped via UPS.

During the checkout process, you will be given the opportunity to add delivery details, such as a particular date/time.  In most cases, if your basket is a local hand delivery, your order will be delivered within 24 - 48 hours (depending on our existing orders).  

If you are ordering on Friday or over the weekend for local delivery, your order will be delivered on Monday.  Saturday delivery is available on certain orders for an additional fee. Please make sure to call if you would like Saturday delivery. 

If you are ordering for any of our local hand delivery areas, CHOOSE THE GROUND SHIPPING OPTION. This is also our hand delivery fee. Your order will still be hand delivered anywhere in our local hand delivery areas.
